Pizza for dinner is always a crowd pleaser with my family. But how many times can you eat the same old pizza varieties? So for dinner tonight, we put a Mexican spin on our pizza. It was delicious! Follow along as we make sourdough Mexican pizza for dinner.

- 8 Cups sourdough starter
- 1 Cup Enchilada sauce
- 16 Ounces Refried beans
- 4 Cups Shredded cheese
- 2 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tsp Cumin
- 1.5 Tsp Dried onion
- 1 Tsp Dried garlic
- 1 Tsp Smoked paprika
- Pepper To taste
- 8 Ounces Guacamole
- 8 Ounces Sour cream
- Chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 Can Black olives
- Chopped cabbage for topping
- Chopped tomatoes for topping
