Pizza for dinner is always a crowd pleaser with my family. But how many times can you eat the same old pizza varieties? So for dinner tonight, we put a Mexican spin on our pizza. It was delicious! Follow along as we make sourdough Mexican pizza for dinner.

  • 2 Lbs Ground meat
  • 8 Cups sourdough starter
  • 1 Cup Enchilada sauce
  • 16 Ounces Refried beans
  • 4 Cups Shredded cheese
  • 2 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp Cumin
  • 1.5 Tsp Dried onion
  • 1 Tsp Dried garlic
  • 1 Tsp Smoked paprika
  • Pepper To taste
  • 8 Ounces Guacamole
  • 8 Ounces Sour cream
  • Chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 Can Black olives
  • Chopped cabbage for topping
  • Chopped tomatoes for topping
